At Chosen and Free, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
3. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer easy exchanges for eligible items.
