All designs and content on this website are the intellectual property of Chosen and Free and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

2. Ordering Process

Once an order is placed, it is sent to our third-party production partner for fulfillment.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have entered production.

We strive to ensure the quality of all products; however, slight variations in color, design placement, or print quality may occur due to the production process.

3. Shipping

All items are shipped directly from our third-party provider. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

While we aim for timely delivery, Chosen and Free is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order, as we cannot guarantee corrections once the order is in production.

4. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy covers defects or errors in production. Non-defective items cannot be returned unless stated otherwise in our Return Policy.

Refunds or exchanges will only be provided for items with verified production defects or damage.

5. Limitations of Liability

As a third party handles the production and shipping of our items, Chosen and Free cannot be held liable for manufacturing or shipping errors beyond our control. However, we will assist you in resolving any issues with the third-party provider.

6. Privacy

Your personal information will only be used to process orders and communicate with you. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Agreement

By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
